How long have you worked with Clements? I’ve been with Clements for a little over five years.

What is your current role? I am the Senior Billing Analyst at Clements' corporate office in Vero Beach.

What's your favorite part of the job? I love working with customers to find the best billing options to best fit their needs. Whether it’s letting someone know about flexible payment options or how to save money by using our autopay services, it makes me feel good when I can help them financially or alleviate their concerns in a stressful situation.

Name something rewarding about your work? I get a great deal of satisfaction when I know a customer is completely satisfied with our services or mentions that we’ve done a great job taking care of their home.

What do you like to do outside of work? I love to travel, go on daily walks, or just relax with a good book.

Name somewhere in the world you'd like to visit, and why? Scotland, my father was born there and I would love to see where my ancestors are from!
