How long have you worked with Clements: I'm in my third year of working with Clements.

What is your current role: I'm currently a Customer Service Representative at Clements Corporate office in Vero Beach, FL.

What is your favorite part of your job: I enjoy getting to know our customers. I come to work everyday knowing that I have the chance to make someone's day better by solving their pest control needs. It feels great when I can schedule our technicians to fix a problem immediately and the customer feel relieved. You can hear it in their voice, and that is very rewarding to me.

Name something you're working towards: I'm currently in school working towards my bachelor's degree, which I plan to complete in 2021.

What do you like to do outside of work: I have two amazing dogs and two wonderful cats. I love taking care of them and spoiling them. Aside from my pets, I really value getting to spend time with friends and family.
